With an English and a French version, this documents presents priceless informations on the history of Jansel Court as well as the evolution of the City of Freeport.

Grand Bahama International Airport, which was devastated by Dorian, expects direct flights between the Island and Fort Lauderdale International Airport to resume in mid-November. However, the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board cautioned that the timing is subject to approval by U.S. regulators.
In a Wednesday press release, the cruise line said that Carnival Pride, which departed Baltimore Sunday with 2,400 passengers, will arrive in Freeport for the first of 39 port calls scheduled through the remainder of 2019. Carnival Elevation will visit Freeport on Oct. 13 and Carnival Freedom will follow two days later.
The cruise line says that by the end of 2018, 400,000 Carnival passengers will have visited Grand Bahama on 10 different ships sailing from homeports in the U.S.

All materials and products used by Bugs or Us to control cockroaches and ants in Jansel Court are United States of America Environment Protection Agency (EPA) certified. They are safe to use in homes, hospitals and apartment complexes and have little or no odour.
With the return of the hot weather, the Board of Directors has again decided to add surveillance at the pool on every afternoon of all Public Holiday weekends starting with Easter weekend and every other long weekends thereafter. A security guard will also be on duty at the pool every afternoon of the summer school break.
It is to be noted that the role of the security person is to enforce the pool rules and not that of a lifeguard.
REMINDER The pool is for the exclusive use of Jansel Court residents. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Pool Rules in the Governing Documents section of Jansel Court website at: http://www.janselcourt.net

The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Ltd (BTC) has installed a Multi-Service Access Node (MSAN) in the telephone equipment room of Jansel Court. This MSAN was powered on March 29th by a BTC technician who informed us that it will result in an immediate improvement of internet and telephone services. However, if the telephone wiring in a unit is faulty a service call should be placed with BTC at 225-5282.
Termites inspection has been conducted on March 25, 2019 as scheduled. Twelve residents had reported problem and brought their locker key to the office. Of these (12) lockers only (6) required remediation measures. Repairs will be done promply.
Jansel Court security guards now carry a cellphone so they can be reached at any time during their shift. The new phone number is 242-816-5185. We recommend that you note it and keep it handy in case you need to contact them.
